Delivery Policy

Bodhi AI is an online service. Everything we sell — LSS / USS exam access for students and plans for teachers — is digital access on bodhiai.app. No physical product is sent, and there are no shipping charges.

Access opens immediately after a successful payment, on the Bodhi AI account you were signed in to when you paid. Paid papers and practice sets unlock on that account straight away; you can use them on any device by signing in with the same Google account or email.

Occasionally a bank or UPI confirmation is delayed. If access has not opened within 30 minutes of a successful payment, sign out and back in once, and if it is still locked, contact us with your Razorpay order id — we will open it or refund the payment in full.

LSS / USS exam access lasts for the current exam cycle, until shortly after that year's exam. Teacher plans last 30 days from payment. Details are in our terms and refunds & cancellation policy.
